The unglamorous parts that hold a van build together. Every rack, framing kit and solar bracket we sell runs on 80/20 T-slot extrusion, and T-slot only works if you have the right nut in the channel.

Slide-in T-nuts drop in from the end of a bar and are the strongest option; economy T-nuts and double T-nuts insert anywhere along the profile and are what you want when the bar is already bolted down. Series matters more than anything else: 10 series takes 1/4-20 thread, 15 series takes 5/16-18. Mixing them strips threads.
