The number one problem with typical van framing kits: they drill through your van’s metal skin over and over. Every hole is a potential rust point where moisture wicks in behind your walls without you ever knowing.
We designed the NVC Wall Framing Kit to wrap around the Sprinter’s existing factory frame structure, clipping and securing without punching new holes. The entire kit requires only 7 screws that penetrate the van’s metal. That is it.
Every panel is precision-cut and pre-drilled for wiring pass-throughs and insulation fitment. It drops into your van with no measuring, no guesswork, and no rust traps buried in your walls. It works with any insulation — we recommend sheep wool.

We publish the full installation manual for both kits, free and without an email gate. Most framing kits do not let you see the instructions until the box is open. Read ours first and decide whether this is a build you want to take on — we would rather you know before you spend $3,000 than after.

Wood glue and Loctite PL Premium construction adhesive are required for installation and are not included. Plan around a one-day build.

The NVC Wall Framing System was engineered to work hand-in-hand with the Go Code Mercedes Sprinter Full Interior Trim Kit. The framing dimensions match Go Code’s panel system exactly — everything lines up cleanly, no shimming, no headaches. We carry it in the shop and can bundle both together.
Available in RAW, Painted (SEM Ultra Black) and Upholstered (Grey Heather, Black, Toast), with optional integrated audio using 4-inch Infinity Reference speakers.

When does my kit ship?
Kits are in stock and shipping now. Orders typically ship within 5 business days from our Roanoke, VA location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Why only 7 screws through the metal?
Every hole drilled through a van’s metal skin is a potential rust point — moisture travels through fasteners and seeps behind walls where you will never see it. We engineered the kit to wrap around and clip onto the Sprinter’s existing metal frame wherever possible, so the entire kit requires only 7 metal penetrations. Less rust risk means a longer-lasting, healthier van.
What if I am not happy with my kit?
We stand behind every product we build. If something does not fit or meet your expectations, contact us and we will make it right.
Is this compatible with insulation?
Yes. The framing kit works with any insulation — sheep wool, 3M Thinsulate, Havelock wool or rigid foam. We personally recommend sheep wool for its natural moisture-wicking and temperature regulation. Panels are pre-drilled for wire pass-throughs and insulation batt fitment.

Does the framing kit work with Go Code trim kits?
Yes — the NVC Wall Framing System was designed with Go Code Sprinter trim kits in mind. The framing dimensions work seamlessly with Go Code’s interior trim panels for a clean finish without fitment headaches. We sell Go Code trim kits and can bundle them with your order. Do you offer dealer or wholesale pricing?
