Two things drive Transit fitment. Roof height - medium roof and high roof take different racks, different ladders and different pillar trim, and the mid-roof parts are genuinely separate SKUs, not a substitution. Length - 148" and 148" EXT racks differ behind the rear axle.
The Transit's signature problem is the moulded roof-rib "blob" at the top of each B-pillar; blob covers are the only clean fix. Start with roof racks and ladders, water tanks or a Transit insulation kit.
