About Noke Van Co.

Noke Van Co. is a campervan conversion shop in Roanoke, Virginia. We design and build custom vans, we manufacture some of our own parts, and we sell the parts we actually install. That order matters: the catalog exists because of the build floor, not the other way round.

Why we sell parts at all

Building vans full time means testing hardware in a way a catalog listing never will. We learn which heater sooties at altitude, which tank clears a 144 wheel well and which one does not, which bracket strips under a torque wrench, and which flooring adhesive fails in a hot van. When something survives that, we stock it. When it does not, we stop carrying it, however good the margin looks.

That is also why we write the buying guides ourselves. The numbers in them — duty cycles, amp draws, R-values, fitment years — come from builds we have finished, not from a supplier data sheet.

What we make ourselves

Some parts we could not buy the way we wanted them, so we build them. The NVC originals line includes our wall framing system, which attaches to the Sprinter’s existing metal frame with only seven penetrations through the metal for the life of the van — the fewer holes you drill in a steel box, the less rust you own later.

Installation and build support

We install at our Roanoke shop, and we give build guidance free on every order, whether or not we are the ones fitting it. Sizing a battery bank against a real duty cycle, choosing between a 2 kW and a 4 kW heater for your insulation level, working out whether a swivel clears your steering column — ask before you buy. It is the same advice we give the builds going out our own door.
