2TEC2 / Lonseal Pre-Cut Van Flooring - 2007+ Mercedes Sprinter
Reliable shipping
Flexible returns
Fits both NCV3 and VS30 Sprinters, in 144", 170" and 170" EXT — the widest wheelbase coverage of the three platform kits.
Sprinters span two body generations that share a floor plan closely enough for one cut file: the NCV3 (2007–2018) and the VS30 (2019 onward). This flooring is cut for both, in every mainstream wheelbase, so most Sprinter builds are covered by a single drop-down selection.
Choose 2TEC2 if you want woven vinyl that reads as textile underfoot and cleans like a hard floor, or Lonseal if you want a thinner sheet vinyl and every millimeter of interior height back.
2TEC2 or Lonseal? Pick before you order
- 2TEC2 for a build that will be lived in. The 5 mm woven surface is quieter underfoot than sheet vinyl, which matters more in a Sprinter than people expect — the NCV3 and VS30 floor pans drum.
- Lonseal for a work-first build or where you are protecting head height. Thinner, flatter, and it wipes down to nothing.
- 144", 170", 170" EXT or 170" Dually. Four cuts. Get this right; a wheelbase mismatch is not a returnable error.
- Adhesive is material-specific and must be ordered alongside. See the specification table for which goes with which.

What ships to you
- One CNC pre-cut floor in your chosen material, color and wheelbase
- Adhesive not included — must match the material
Laying it: adhesive choice is the whole job
On a Sprinter the door apertures are the tell. The slider sill and the rear step are where anybody looking closely at your build will look, and a pre-cut floor gets those lines right only if the subfloor beneath them ends where it should. Check the subfloor edge against both apertures before the flooring goes anywhere near them.
Adhesive choice is material-specific: DAP All Purpose Adhesive spray grade or P809 for 2TEC2, Lonseal two-part epoxy or Lonseal #650 for Lonseal. On a 170" EXT you are also gluing a very large piece in one go — have a second pair of hands and a plan for how the sheet gets positioned before it touches wet adhesive.
- Check your subfloor edge against the slider sill and the rear step before laying anything.
- 2TEC2 adhesive: DAP All Purpose Adhesive spray grade or P809 (DAP Weldwood also suitable).
- Lonseal adhesive: Lonseal two-part epoxy, or Lonseal #650.
- On a 170" or 170" EXT, plan the positioning with two people before the sheet touches adhesive.
- Work above the adhesive’s minimum application temperature. Cold vans and adhesive do not mix.
- Roll the whole floor. Pressure makes the bond.
Questions we get asked about this part
What exactly does “pre-cut” mean?
It means the perimeter is machined to the Sprinter floor outline — the wall lines and the door apertures. Furniture cut-outs are not included, and should not be: you want those cut in the van once the layout is final.
Does it go straight onto the metal floor?
No. It adheres to plywood with a smooth, fine finish. Your Sprinter subfloor — insulation or foam, furring, then ply — is a prerequisite, not an optional extra.
When will it actually ship?
These are cut to order, so plan on 7–10 business days before shipping or pickup, assuming stock. Order it early in the build rather than the week you want to lay it.
What finishes the perimeter?
An edge trim where the floor meets the wall. It hides the cut line and protects the edge — particularly at the slider sill, which takes more foot traffic than anywhere else in the van.
Does the same cut fit an NCV3 and a VS30?
Yes — this listing covers both generations. The cargo floor plan between the two is close enough that one cut file serves, which is why you select wheelbase rather than model year.
I have a 170" Dually. Is that covered?
Yes, it is one of the drop-down options. Select it explicitly — a dually and a single-wheel 170 are not the same cut.
