Parts we designed, prototyped and manufacture ourselves at Noke Van Co in Roanoke, Virginia. Every one of them started as a problem we hit on a customer build and could not buy a good answer to.

The NVC Wall Framing Kit is the flagship: a bolt-in aluminium structure for the 2019-current Sprinter in 144" and 170" wheelbases that gives you a flat, square, load-rated mounting plane on both walls. Cabinets bolt to it, upper bunks are genuinely rated on it, and the whole interior comes back apart if you sell the van. L-track inserts drop into the frame for continuous adjustable tie-downs.

The Pawssenger Seat came from the same place - a secured, elevated seat for the passenger most conversions forget about.
