MOLLE panels turn a flat rear door or a rack section into a grid you can bolt anything to. The panel itself is the standard; the hardware kits are what let you hang a specific thing off it.

Because it is a grid, nothing is permanent: a shovel this summer, a traction board next winter, all on the same panel. Panels mount to the Rear Door Ladder System or straight to an 80/20 roof rack.
