Weather-ready hardware cut for a TYRI Hyperion bar on the Unaka Premium Light Bar Roof Rack. Seamless fit, quick install.
TYRI Hyperion bars are a European work-light standard that has found its way onto a lot of North American vans, and they do not share a mounting pattern with the American light bar brands. That leaves builders either drilling their rack or fabricating spacers.
This kit is cut for the Hyperion specifically, mounting it to the Unaka Premium Light Bar Roof Rack with hardware chosen to survive weather on the front of a van.

Working with it
Aim before you torque. On a roof-mounted bar the aim is more sensitive than on a bumper bar — a couple of degrees of downward angle is the difference between lighting the road and lighting the treetops.
Threadlock everything and re-check after the first long drive.
- Aim against a wall at a known distance before final torque. Roof-height bars are aim-sensitive.
- Threadlock all fasteners.
- Service loop in the harness so the bar can come off without cutting.
- Re-check torque after the first long drive.

No. Mounting hardware only.
Will it fit a Diode Dynamics bar?
No. TYRI and Diode Dynamics use different mounting patterns; each has its own kit.
