The SS5 is a wider, heavier bar than the Stage Series, and it needs its own mounting geometry. This is the complete kit for the narrow configuration — all the brackets and all the hardware to mount a Diode Dynamics SS5 light bar to the Unaka Premium Light Bar Wind Fairing.
Complete matters here. Half a bracket set and a trip to the hardware store for the fasteners is how a light bar ends up mounted with the wrong grade of bolt on the front of a vehicle.

Working with it
An SS5 is heavy enough that bracket alignment matters. Get both brackets on and finger-tight before you torque either one, so the bar is not being pulled into a twist by the first fastener you tighten.
Aim it against a wall at a known distance before final torque, and threadlock everything.

- Service loop in the harness so the bar can come off without cutting wire.

What does “narrow” mean here?
It refers to the mounting configuration on the fairing rather than to the bar itself. If you are unsure which configuration your fairing uses, send us a photo and we will tell you which kit you need.
Will it fit a Stage Series bar?
No. The Stage Series has its own mounting kit.
