The complete high-roof kit — front, bulkhead and rear — with the option to build 4-inch Morel component speakers into the B-pillars while you are in there.

This is the whole interior threshold of a high-roof Transit in one box: driver and passenger B-pillars, a bulkhead transition piece, and the three-piece rear D-pillar set. Six pieces, all flanged to receive your finished wall and ceiling materials, all aligned to factory holes.

What makes this the one to buy rather than assembling the pieces separately is the audio option. You can order the B-pillars with 4" Morel Ultra Series 2-way speakers already accommodated, or with audio screens and no speakers if you want to supply your own drivers. Retrofitting speakers into finished pillars later is a job nobody enjoys twice.

Which trim kit should you actually buy?

  • Buy this if you have a high-roof Ford Transit 2015+ and you want the front and rear finished together.
  • Buy the Mid Roof Full Interior Trim Kit if your van is a mid roof.
  • Decide on audio now. Speakers, screens-only or no audio — the choice is made at the pillar, and changing your mind later means new pillars.
  • Buy the Front Trim Kit or the D-Pillar Kit separately if you only need one end of the van done.

What's in the kit

  • Driver and passenger B-pillars
  • Bulkhead trim
  • 3-piece rear D-pillar trim kit
  • Necessary additional install hardware
  • Morel Ultra Series 4" 2-way speakers if that variant is selected

Installing it: sequence matters more than skill

Trim before panels. GoCode recommend it, we insist on it, and the difference is visible from across a parking lot.

If you have ordered the speaker option, run your speaker wire to the B-pillar locations while the walls are still open. Pulling wire to a pillar after the walls are closed up is the sort of job that turns a one-hour trim install into a lost afternoon.

  • Install the trim before wall and ceiling panels.
  • Pull speaker cable to the B-pillars before the walls close up.
  • Set the bulkhead transition against a sample of your actual finished ceiling build-up.
  • Dry-fit the front shells against the blobs before drilling.
  • Order upholstered or made-to-order variants early — 1.5 to 2 weeks.

Questions we get asked about this part

When in the build should I install it?

Before the walls and the ceiling panels. GoCode is explicit about this and we agree: fitting the trim first lets the wall and ceiling panels land against the trim flanges, which is what produces the factory-looking joint. You can install these kits after the panels are up, but it requires modifications and additional labour, and the joints never look as clean.

Can I paint or upholster it myself?

Yes. The parts are ABS, so they take an adhesion-promoting plastic primer and then any automotive topcoat. If you would rather not, order the Matte variant, which is finished in SEM Ultra-Black to kill the shine, or one of the upholstered variants.

What is the difference between “add speakers” and “audio screens with no speakers”?

The speaker variant comes with 4" Morel Ultra Series 2-way drivers included. The screens-only variant gives you the grille openings and screens so you can fit your own 4" drivers. The no-audio variant is a solid pillar with no opening at all.

Can I add the audio option later?

Not to a pillar that was ordered without it — the opening is molded, not cut. Decide at the point of order.
